Operations Project Manager

As operations project manager, Greg works closely with the foundation's COO to build operational infrastructure that enables sustainable growth.

Previously, Greg served at Wells Fargo Capital Finance for seven years, where he managed business continuity planning (BCP) and disaster recovery planning, ensuring operational resilience across critical functions and an offshore finance and accounting team. He also worked on unfunded commitment reporting and reconciliation processes, maintaining accuracy and compliance across complex portfolio obligations. During his tenure, he collaborated with cross-functional teams across finance, operations, and technology to support process optimization and worked with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Prior to that role, he spent more than a decade at The Walt Disney Company, managing corporate budget management and consolidated quarterly close processes. Throughout his career, Greg has contributed to organizations including DreamWorks Animation SKG, Hulu, and The Grammy Museum, where he assisted in developing automated systems that enabled companies to focus more extensively on analytics.

He holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles and has experience with enterprise systems including SAP, Oracle, and Hyperion.
